Tickets may be exchanged or refunded up until the show's start time. After that, refunds or exchanges are at the box office manager's discretion.
All unclaimed tickets will be RELEASED to the waitlist 5 minutes prior to showtime! If you arrive after this, your tickets will be honored if there are still available seats.
